About me
I was born and raised in Southern California, but Portland, Oregon has been home my entire adult life. I will always miss the sunshine and ocean, but I love the Northwest’s natural beauty and charm. I’ve been married for over twenty years raising two soccer-loving boys.
Since 2006, I’ve been a mental health therapist, helping adults heal from past trauma. And in 2020, I became certified as a Wayfinder Coach to help clients navigate present problems and improve their future. My work is rooted in a lifelong passion for growth—gathering strategies, tools, and insights to support emotional, spiritual, physical, and relational well-being. What is the Difference Between Life Coaching & Therapy?
Both Life Coaching and Therapy facilitate self-awareness and create well-being. Coaching focuses on present challenges and works towards a desired future. Therapy focuses on unresolved healing from childhood to improve the present.
