We all struggle to find healing, change and growth. I have the honor of working with people who face their struggles and find positive change amidst the pain. It takes a courageous soul to face the dragons in our stories, fight or tame them, and then continue on toward greater adventures ahead. And it is worth it. Positive change not only affects one’s personal life, it changes relationships and can change the next generation.
I believe we all have intrinsic value and possess unique gifts and strengths. We have physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual needs, and all of these components are a part of health and wholeness.
What is the Difference Between Life Coaching & Therapy?
Both Life Coaching and Therapy facilitate self-awareness and create emotional health. Coaching focuses on present challenges and works towards a desired future. Therapy focuses on unresolved healing from childhood to improve the present.
